 With over 20 years in business and leadership roles this allows Amy to uniquely understand her client’s needs and concerns in a face paced market.  

Amy obtained her sale agent license through Champions School of Real Estate.  She has her undergrad in Business leadership from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi, TX and has her Masters in Human Resources from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.    

Amy has a passion about helping clients find homes and has continued to leverage her know how and experience to exceed her clients’ expectations. 

Amy grew up in North Texas and is very familiar with the following counties Colin, Rockwall, Henderson, Kaufman and Hunt.  Amy is excited about serving those looking for residential or land properties.    

As a proud member of First in Realty family it carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.  

When Amy isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients she enjoys spending time with volunteer opportunities.  She’s been active in the community as a proud part of the Kaufman County Special Olympics and Salvation Army of Kaufman County organization efforts.  This work offers her the opportunity to connect with others over a shared passion for improving lives of those in the community.  North Texas is a great places to live and work, which is why Amy chooses to call it home.   

Born and  raised in Texas, Clay recognizes the value of owning a part of the great state. He has lived, worked and ranched in Northeast Texas all of his life. 

Clay retired from the fire service after 35 years as a professional firefighter. His experiences in the Fire Department cemented into Clay that he has a heart for helping others.

The principles that First-In Realty strive to maintain made it a clear choice for Clay when choosing a company that would align with his personal standards and values. 

Clay brings a unique and seasoned

perspective when serving his clients. He utilizes his knowledge in all different areas of real estate including residential, commercial and has a strong focus on farm and ranches.

Clay is always striving to exceed his clients’ expectations as well as his communities. He loves serving his church, assisting the hometown Economic Development Corporation and the Chamber of Commerce.

Kyle is a Christian, Husband, Father, Firefighter/Paramedic, Real Estate Investor and a Realtor. 

 Kyle grew up in Carrollton, TX and currently lives in Forney, TX.  He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Real Estate Concentration from the University of Texas at Arlington. 

Kyle and his family are active members of Community Life Church in Forney. Spending quality time with his family and friends is what he looks forward to the most. 

Kyle also enjoys playing and watching sports, especially basketball, football, volleyball and pickleball. 

Guiding and educating his clients through the buying and selling process is a passion of  his and he feels honored that his clients trust him to assist them through the real estate process.”

Candice is a native American born and raised in Irving TX, beginning in 1971. In 2010 Candice moved north and now resides in Carrollton Texas with her husband and a combined family of 6 kids and 5 grandchildren.

Prior to her real estate career Candice worked in Human Resources, Benefits & Payroll. In 2015 she took the jump to Real Estate and kicked off her career with Remax DFW. She achieved rookie of the year during her first year with 17 closings!

Candice stayed with Remax DFW for 2 years before joining First-In Realty.
